A smaller brokerage, by design.
Hagoo Yachts was founded in 2014 in Saint-Tropez by a small group of brokers who'd worked at large Mediterranean firms and wanted to do less, better. We take fewer listings, ask more questions, and keep clients close for years.
We work with owners and buyers across the western Mediterranean — primarily the Côte d'Azur, Provence and Liguria, with regular trips to the Balearics and the Italian east coast. The yachts we represent share a few things in common: they're well-looked-after, suited to genuine cruising, and their owners care where they end up next.
Our approach
We accept fewer listings than peers. Each gets full photography, careful copy, and a real broker on the phone — not a junior trainee or an overflow inbox. The economics work because our buyers come back: most of our annual transactions involve someone we've already worked with at least once.
Where we work
Our home port is Saint-Tropez. We have working partnerships with yards and captains in Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Imperia, Genoa, La Spezia and Palma. If you're looking at a yacht berthed elsewhere in the Med, we likely know it — or know the broker who does.
Three things we won't do
We won't take on a yacht we don't actively believe in. If we don't represent it, we'll often help you find someone who can.
We'll tell you about a yacht's problems before you fly to see it. It costs us a few sales and saves more relationships.
Our recommendations for surveyors, yards and captains are unbiased. We don't accept commissions from suppliers.
